Erfaan Fadiani is an Analyst at Back Bay Group, a healthcare-focused advisory and venture firm, where he supports capital formation, fundraising operations, and transaction execution across the firm’s venture-stage healthcare and life sciences practice. His work spans investor pipeline management, capital raise support, market analysis, and the systems used to source, track, and report on prospective investors across active mandates.

Most recently, Erfaan has played a direct role in the Series A financing of an AI-native outpatient radiology platform, supporting diligence preparation, market sizing, and investor pipeline management through the raise. He has also contributed to the structuring of Back Bay Group’s inaugural innovation fund, expected to close in 2027, building the prospecting and pipeline infrastructure used to source and track prospective limited partners across academic medical centers, sovereign wealth funds, healthcare venture and PE firms, and family offices.

Erfaan holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
